A 19-year-old man was shot to death Sunday night while visiting the East Oakland neighborhood where he used to live, police said.
Police said Anthony L. Davis was shot about 9:48 p.m. Sunday in the 3400 block of 64th Avenue Place a residential cul-de-sac off MacArthur Boulevard that runs between the Evergreen Cemetery and the former Burbank Elementary School.
